Business Analyst

• Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SQL databases, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating reports.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Job Responsibilities* :

• Communicating seamlessly with Business, UAT, Development teams and other stakeholders of the project to meet the requirements in a specified time period.
• Monitoring the change requests development on daily basis and simultaneously updating the same to the responsible stakeholders.
• To attend multiple meetings with business & other stake holders to understand the problem and document the same to get a solution.
• Preparing minutes of meeting, business requirement specifications (BRS) and software/functional requirement specifications (FRS).
• Proficiency in Unified Modeling Language diagrams.
• Ready to travel different locations and present the product to the clients independently.
• Conducting knowledge transfer sessions to different department teams
• Validate and test the requirement against the development across projects.
• Designing test cases to ensure maximum coverage of the requirement.
• Need to work on process improvements and enhancements across projects.
• Need to be aware of agile methodologies and practices.
