Executive-Surveillance & Investigation

Job Purpose:

• Support in conducting market surveillance activities, to identify and investigate abnormal trading practices and initiate suitable action.

Job Responsibilities:

• Submitting Periodic Report to SEBI (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
• Monitoring of Open Interest Violation, Calculation of Penalty and Issuing letter to Members
• Near Month Calling and Informing Members
• Preparation of MIS reports required for internal analysis and reporting
• Work on adhoc regulatory requirements
• Maintenance of Various databases
• Attending Mock Trading Session (DR Site / Upgradation and etc)
• Limited Review / Inspection of Members relevant
• Complying with Regulator norms and guidelines

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in derivative markets

• Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations
