Oracle Master Data Management Consultant - Product DataHub (2-4 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) : Act independently and develop expertise in Oracle MDM Product Data Hub.

- Active Participation : Engage proactively in team discussions, contributing to solutions and improvements.

- Solution Design & Development : Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications, ensuring they meet business needs.

- Primary Point of Contact : Serve as the main contact for all application-related inquiries and issues.

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, ensuring that solutions align with best practices.

- Technical Mentorship : Provide guidance to the development team, offering insights and mentorship to ensure a cohesive development process.

- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Handle issues throughout the application lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining application quality.

- Code Review & Standards : Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements, staying updated with industry trends and advancements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with other teams to integrate applications with existing systems.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and process descriptions.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Primary Skills : Strong proficiency in Oracle MDM Product Data Hub, with a good understanding of data management principles.

Additional Skills : Experience with cloud data migration is a plus.

Data Integration & Quality : Knowledge of data integration and data quality best practices.

Data Modeling & Database Design : Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.

Application Performance : Skills in optimizing and tuning application performance.

Problem Solving & Analytics : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
