Operations Officer - Marketing Coordination Office, S&D

Nayara Energy Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team in Supplies & Distribution Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating day-to-day dispatches by various modes such as Pipeline, Road, Rail, and Sea. This role involves ensuring timely availability of orders, processing indents, posting proof of deliveries, and routine inspection of TTs. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the placement, loading, and removal of Railway rakes and tank trucks, coordinate with the Panel officer for safe and timely loading, and ensure proper documentation as per SOP and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination for day-to-day dispatches
• Processing indents for planning loads from relevant Gantries, Silos, Yard, etc.
• Posting proof of deliveries and routine inspection of TTs
• Placement, loading, and removal of Railway rakes and tank trucks
• Coordination with the Panel officer for safe and timely loading
• Proper documentation as per SOP and industry guidelines

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering with hands-on experience in handling POL products at depot/terminal

Experience:

• Relevant experience of 2 years and above
