Supervisor or Executive Dispatch/Production

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
• All loading and unloading operations in plant.
• Previous experience in a dispatch supervisor
• Ability to make a judgment as to whether the goods are in good condition or not.
• Understand manpower from the plant.
• Detailed knowledge of all activities being done in a plant.
• Ability to make a judgment as to whether the goods are in good condition or not.
• Ability to cross check goods and quantities against a check list.
• Monitor loading and unloading activity
• perform continuous inspections of loading/unloading
• Knowledge of loading/unloading methods for different types of goods.
• Suggest methods to streamline the loading/unloading process
• knowledge of how to arrange goods in the truck to maximize truck space.
• Knowledge of product labels to be pasted onto each packing case.
• Knowledge of possible difficulties in the loading/unloading function
• Maintain schedules and punctuality. Avoid absenteeism.
• Ability to concentrate on task at hand and complete it without errors
• Good knowledge of stock register, books report, stock report

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in dispatch or Production profile.
