Job Description
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for Manager. Trustee / Principals / Teachers & Our Team across Gujarat and Rajasthan on the National Education Policy (NEP), National Curriculum Framework (NCF),and the features of our various educational products.
- Content Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our various books & software aligned with NEP and NCF to effectively communicate their implications and benefits to educators.
- Product Demonstration: Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of our educational products to ensure trainee understand their application and advantages.
- General Training Activity based interactive sessions. - Like Use of AI
- Travel: Travel across Gujarat & Rajasthan as required to deliver training sessions, including possible overnight stays.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the training content and delivery methods
- Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions conducted and prepare regular reports on training outcomes and teacher feedback.
- Content Preparation for Training (PPT, PDF, Audio, Video)
