Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training content based on raw material from Lenovo.
- Tailor and optimize content for diverse sales audience profiles within the Lenovo ecosystem (partners and ASO teams).
- Adapt offline training materials for an online platform while ensuring consistency across formats.
- Develop content to address field problems and opportunities.
- Conduct sessions weekly, including Saturdays, primarily online with occasional venue-based and retail outlet sessions as needed.
- Engage and educate Lenovo sales teams effectively to ensure product knowledge is retained and applied.
- Deliver the training in a way that communicates the quality and the heritage of the product.
- Collaborate closely with Lenovo s team on content review, training schedules, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for attendance, quizzes, and feedback to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to Lenovo s training, quiz, attendance, and feedback protocols.
- Manage online training content, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflective of both online and offline materials.
- Innovate to improve the online training experience for diverse sales teams.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel as needed for venue-based and retail outlet training sessions.
Required Skills:
Ability to translate complex technical details into engaging content for sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in training, preferably in a technology or sales-related field.
- Familiarity with Lenovo products or comparable technology is advantageous.
