• Highest Qualification: Diploma / B.E./ B.Tech
• Total Experience: 4-6 years

(Industry Preferred:- Stationary/Printing/Automobile /Auto Components)

KRA / Deliverables of the position

1. Analyse process flow with VSM to identify & eliminate NVAs

2. Time Study to reduce cycle time

3. Creation & Maintaining Process Documents- PFD, FMEA, CP, SOP. Checksheet

4. Process Standardisation

5. Process/Quality Improvement projects

6. Setting of Process & Machine Parameters

7. Development & I/C of new equipment/ Facility/automation as per project requirement

8. Implementation Industry 4.0

9. Tracking of Projects / Dept. MIS
