Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The position was for international marketing. There were 3 people for the interview including the HR guy. Even after knowing that I am from non retail background, they asked all kinds of questions which I answered to the best of my abilities. After 1 hour long interview, the HR goes mute for couple of days and when I call him, he says sorry you don't have retail experience. So was this not known when you read my resume???? Such HR people are a curse to an organisation.
