Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will
play a crucial part in educating and empowering dental professionals on the effective utilization of our innovative
dental products and services. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to
dentists, and dental staff, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of our offerings and their value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and
interactive exercises.
o Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, at dental offices,
conferences, and other venues.
o Assess participant learning through quizzes, evaluations, and hands-on demonstrations.
o Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees after the completion of formal training.
o Gain a deep understanding of our dental product suite, including its features, functionalities, benefits, and
clinical indications.
o Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, providing accurate and timely information to dentists and
internal teams.
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and opportunities.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
o Provide pre-sales and post-sales product support.
o Stay updated on industry best practices in dental education and training.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in dental (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Dental Product Trainer, Clinical Instructor, or a similar role.
