Job Description

Job Objective:


We are seeking a dynamic Lead to Account Conversion Specialist who will be responsible for converting leads into active accounts. You will employ various strategies to nurture, engage, and ultimately convert potential clients into long-term, valuable customers. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Qualification: Analyze and segment leads based on their behavior, interests, and level of engagement with our platform.
  • Personalized Communication: Tailor messaging and offers to individual leads to increase conversion potential through email campaigns, targeted offers, and chatbots.
  • Lead Nurturing: Provide valuable content, such as educational materials, guides, or industry news, to nurture leads over time and keep them engaged.
  • Timely Follow-Up: Ensure prompt follow-up with high-priority leads through automated emails, phone calls, and personalized communication.
  • Incentive-Based Conversion: Offer exclusive time-limited offers, referral programs, and first-time user discounts to motivate leads to convert into active accounts.
  • Build Trust with Social Proof: Use testimonials, case studies, and certifications to build credibility and trust with potential clients.
  • Simplify the Conversion Process: Streamline the sign-up process through one-click account creation, progressive profiling, and reducing unnecessary steps.
  • CRM Automation & Multichannel Communication: Leverage CRM for automating lead tracking, follow-ups, and targeting re-engagement through multiple channels such as email, social media, and SMS.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in lead to account conversion, with evidence showcasing successful performance in previous roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2C lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • Experience in using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to track leads and automate follow-up processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to specific audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead behavior and optimize conversion strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, manage multiple tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in implementing personalized email/SMS/Whatsapp marketing drip campaigns, retargeting ads, and CRM-driven automation.

Preferred Experience:


  • 2-4 years of experience in lead conversion roles, preferably in the financial services or digital marketing industries.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel communication strategies, including social media, email, Whatsapp, chat, and SMS engagement.
  • Experience with incentive-driven campaigns, time-sensitive offers, and building customer trust through social proof.
