Job Objective:

We are looking for a Organic Growth Executive to enhance our SEO performance, content visibility, and digital reach. You will play a key role in driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and optimizing content for maximum engagement. If you have digital marketing certification, SEO expertise, and design skills, this is a great opportunity to grow in the stock market and fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and rankings.
• Content Strategy: Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages using keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms to monitor and improve performance.
• Backlinking & Authority Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Competitor & Market Analysis: Track SEO trends, competitor strategies, and Google algorithm updates to refine content strategies.
• Design & Content Enhancement: Utilize basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) to create SEO-friendly visuals for blogs and social media.
• Social Media & Organic Engagement: Work with content and social media teams to drive organic traffic through strategic campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or organic growth strategies.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or related fields (Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress SEO optimization is a plus.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to improving organic growth.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
