Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive specializing in Email Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying potential business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving conversions through targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in email marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms).
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance standards.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Developed and executed email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential prospects within target industries or demographics.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create compelling email templates, subject lines, and content to improve engagement and response rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with business goals.
- Manage and monitor email deliverability, compliance, and unsubscribe requests.
