About the role:

As a Data Annotation Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the data preparation process

for machine learning and artificial intelligence projects. Your primary responsibility will be accurately label, tag, and annotate data to create high-quality training datasets. Your work will directly impact the performance of AI models and help drive innovation in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Annotation:

• Annotate and label various types of data, including text, images, videos, audio, and sensor data, based on project requirements.
• Follow annotation guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality in the annotated data.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and verify the accuracy of annotations made by team members.
• Provide feedback and clarification on annotation guidelines to improve data quality.

Tool Proficiency:

• Become proficient in using annotation tools and software to efficiently per tasks.
• Stay updated on the latest annotation tools and technologies.

Data Privacy and Security:

• Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information during the annotation process.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant data protection regulation

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve annotation processes and workflow
• Participate in training sessions and skill development to enhance annotation capabilities.

What are some of the good to have skills for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Kind of experience is no bar; Freshers are also welcomed to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality annotations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in at least one regional language (Hindi Preferred)
• Proficiency in using annotation tools and software
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
