What would your role at Navi Look Like?

• Perform regular call audits/side barging to assess and govern the quality of the Process.
• Identify Insights and remedy errors for the field collections process.
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyze data.
• Publish error analysis and training needs indicators.
• Investigate customer/agent complaints and publish RCA.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills (MS - Excel, G-Suite
