We are seeking to hire a Senior Manager, HRBP, for a leading retail conglomerate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Role: HR Business Partner- Senior Manager
2. Reporting to: Deputy Head HR
3.Team Members: Individual Contributor
4. Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end people processes for the New Businesses
- Leverage strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to interpret data and navigate ambiguity in in a startup-like environment within a large organization.
- Lead HRBP initiatives, with 60% focus on Talent Acquisition and an outlook on overseeing international markets in case of business demands.
- Support the organisations new business formats by developing and implementing HR processes for New businesses
5. Preferred Candidate:
- 9-11 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous workplace environments.
- Strong understanding of international and emerging markets is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
- No specific qualification requirements.
6. Sector: Agnostic.
7. Location: Mumbai
8. Workdays: 5 days' work from office.
9. Interview Process: 3 rounds
