Key Responsibilities:

Legal - Tele Recovery & Debt Recovery

• Attend court proceedings related to existing cases.
• Counsel customers on the consequences of non-payment.
• Facilitate debt recovery and address legal gaps in the recovery process.
• File legal cases while encouraging amicable settlements.
• Engage with dealers to encourage payments alongside legal proceedings.
• Provide regular MIS reports to management.
• Escalate critical issues based on ground-level feedback.
• Reduce legal cases and optimize recovery efforts.
• Implement professional debt recovery strategies for old dues and bad debts.

KYC Support & Dealer Processing

• Process new dealer applications and exits.
• Verify KYC documents, security deposits, and dealer applications.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Credit Control teams for dealer-related matters.
• Conduct quality checks at multiple verification stages.
• Maintain and secure KYC records in both digital and physical formats.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Improve efficiency by reducing errors and discrepancies in KYC processing.

Additional Tasks:

• Engage with overdue dealers (180+ days) for settlements via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Categorize legal-stage dealers and guide tele-callers for follow-ups.
• Conduct conference calls with customers and field staff for immediate payment resolution.
