Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Scientist/Bench Chemist with 36 years of industrial R&D experience to join our team. The role involves conducting experiments, process development, and technology transfer in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bench-scale synthetic experiments and optimize processes.
• Perform literature searches using tools like Reaxis/Scifinder.
• Develop and validate processes, prepare SOPs, and maintain documentation.
• Support kilo lab, pilot plant, and commercial plant scale-ups.
• Handle toxic chemicals safely using relevant MSDS and ensure proper disposal.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with ISO, NABL, GLP, and other standards.
• Troubleshoot during scale-ups and ensure effective technology transfer.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Organic Chemistry from a reputed institute.
• Experience in fluorine chemistry, hydrogenation, diazotization, and other chemical processes.
• Industry background in agrochemicals, fine chemicals, pharma-API, or specialty chemicals.

Desired Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and data management.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
