Job Title: Credit Processing Executive (Third party payroll/Off role)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Credit Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Analysis and Review:
• Review and analyze balance sheets and P&L statements of B2B, partnerships, and LLP clients to assess creditworthiness.
• Identify key financial metrics such as liabilities, current assets, and equity in the financial statements.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis reports and provide recommendations for credit decisions based on financial data.
• Data Entry and Documentation:
• Accurately input financial data from balance sheets and P&L statements into Excel under structured headings (e.g., liabilities, current assets, equity, etc.).
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial documentation and analysis reports.
• Credit Analysis Memo Preparation:
• Draft clear and concise Credit Analysis Memos summarizing the findings from financial reviews, detailing risk factors, and making recommendations for credit terms or approvals.
• Ensure credit memos are consistent with company policies and financial guidelines.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with the Credit and Risk teams to discuss findings and support credit decisions.
• Work with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to credit processing.
• Compliance and Regulation:
• Ensure all credit processing activities are in compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Reporting and Forecasting:
• Prepare regular credit processing reports for senior management.
• Contribute to the development of forecasting models for credit risk management.

• Educational Qualification:
• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (preferably with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Banking).
• Experience:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit processing, credit analysis, or related roles, with exposure to B2B, partnership, and LLP structures.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of financial statements (balance sheets, P&L) and ability to identify key financial metrics.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to organize and analyze financial data in spreadsheet format.
• Experience in preparing credit analysis reports and memos.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis principles.
