Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible for Grievance handling.
- Incumbent will be responsible for Disciplinary actions & drafting letters (i.e. warning/ show cause/Termination Letter) across all regions
- Maintaining the disciplinary proceeding trackers & other important MIS.
- Stakeholder Management.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years of proven work experience of HR Generalist .
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Should be presentable.
- Candidates from BFSI/NBFC Background will have an additional preference.
Candidate should be ok for 6 days working & immediate joiner.
