Technical Consultant Engineer

Job Summary

The Technical Consultant is responsible for delivering customized, high-quality technical solutions for Business. This role involves understanding Business requirements, configuring and integrating Business Next applications, and providing technical support throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

• - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• - 3+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Developer, or in a similar technical role.
• - Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with specific experience in platforms like Business Next, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• - Experience working with Business Next CRM platforms.
• - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL and database management.
• - Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware for integration purposes.

Skills Required

• - Technical Expertise: Proficient in solution design, platform configuration, and application development.
• - Programming and Integration: Skilled in coding, scripting, and integrating software applications with other enterprise systems.
• - Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• - Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• - Documentation: Ability to document technical processes, solutions, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• - Experience with Business Next or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
