Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experience.
  
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B operations, and guest relations teams.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize hotel performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management (B.Sc) or MBA/PGDM in Hospitality Management.
  
• Proven track record of success in managing hotels or restaurants with excellent customer service skills.
