Front Desk Receptionist/ Salon Manager

Role & responsibilities

OPERATIONAL

• Overseeing salons daily processes such as monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, enforcing hygiene, recording cash inflows/outflows
• Overseeing customer records and scheduling appointments, supervising communication with clients
• Running marketing activities including social media, helping salon owner create important documents (financial plan, etc.)

INTERPERSONAL

• Extremely responsible person required for managing employees, clients, problem solving skills, deep knowledge of all services and products in salon (we will also train)
• Experience in managing a salon, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only
• Excellent English communication skills
• Should have basic computer knowledge

Location: Aundh (Within 5 kms around location to avoid too much travelling)
