Roles and Responsibilities

• Patient interaction: Welcoming patients and visitors upon arrival, providing basic information and directing them to the correct location.
• Appointment management: Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments as needed.
• Phone communication: Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate personnel.
• Administrative tasks: Updating patient records with accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Billing and payments: Collecting co-pays and handling basic billing inquiries.
• Insurance verification: Checking patient insurance eligibility and verifying coverage details.
• Reception area maintenance: Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
