(c) Submission of all statutory returns

(d) SPOC for all Govt inspection and audit

6. HR Legal Compliance

(a) Responsible for IR matters

7. Employee Relations

8. Employee Health & Wellness

9. Workforce Administration

(a) Employee Database Management

(b) Employee Life Cycle Management(Hire to Retire)

(c) Query Handling/ Grievance Resolution

(d) Contract Labor Management

10. General Administration

(a) Unit Upkeep and Maintenance

(b) AMCs for all utilities.

11. Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practices

12. Monthly MIS.
