Staying up to date: Keeping informed of changes in EPR regulations, industry developments, and best practices.
Supporting clients: Helping clients implement EPR frameworks and comply with e-waste, battery, plastics, tyres, end-of-life, and updates as and when.
Providing guidance: Advising clients on EPR compliance as above
Managing data: Maintaining a repository of data and accessing/maintaining all the EPR portals as crafted by the central pollution control board (CPCB).
Preparing reports: Creating and maintaining documents, files, presentations, and certificates related to EPR credits.
EPR credits sales: Assisting sales and operations team in fetching best prices of EPR credits from the producers and also gathering market intelligence of the recyclers, refurbishes, producers and other relevant stakeholders.
Analyzing data: Analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement including procurement prices, sale price, down-stream vendors management, documentation, secondary materials mass-balance report (MBR), daily production report (DPR), reports for TNPCB and CPCB, etc.
Collaborating: Working with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and also with the external stakeholders such as government, academicians, etc.
Communicating: Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Following procedures: Following the organization's standard operating procedures.
Reporting: Reporting progress and compliance issues to managers.
