Executive/Consultant - EPR Compliance

Role & responsibilities

As Consultant - EPR Compliance at TrackEPR (Sustainability division of TrackBee), you will guide clients through EPR compliance for Plastic, eWaste, Battery, Waste Oil, and Tyre Waste through:

• Managing EPR compliance and targets with producers, manufacturers, importers, and waste processors
• Operating CPCB portal for registrations and compliance across waste categories
• Understanding recycling processes and waste value chain economics
• Conducting training sessions and creating educational content (webinars, blogs, white papers)
• Liaising with government officials and tracking regulatory updates
• Developing EPR Action Plans aligned with latest waste management rules
• Creating project proposals and reports using MS Office.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in environmental compliance, especially EPR for multiple waste streams
• Understanding of recycling processes and waste management economics
• Knowledge of environmental policies and latest EPR regulations
• Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced environment
• Relevant environmental certifications (preferred).
