EPR & COMPLIANCES BUSINESS

1. Immediate requirement of Sales & Operations Team Lead (TL), with prior experience in EPR (Extended Producers Responsibility) and Compliances business.

2. Mandatory Experience (pls do not apply if you do not have below experience)

a. Mandatory prior experience of entire Sales Cycle:

i. Directly handled Sales to acquire Brands & Recyclers for EPR & other compliances of CPCB, SPCB, PCC, Municipal Corporations & MoEFCC.

ii. Must-have client contacts to start immediate sales conversions.

iii. Managed Operations to ensure timely Service Delivery and Billing.

iv. Ensure revenue recognition through timely collections post service delivery.

b. Innovate ways to acquire new customers & convert them into long-term recurring business.

c. Customer Relationship

i. Develop relationships with clients to ensure retention.

ii. Leverage relationships with existing clients to upsell different services.

iii. Resolve issues/ problems faced by customers & maintain trust.

iv. SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between key customers and internal teams.

d. Led a team of 2-4 Sales Executives, motivated them, assigned Time-bound Targets and monitored performance.

e. Regular reporting of Key Metrics to Management.

f. Forecasting Monthly Sales Budget and Funnel Management.

g. Knowledge of Plastic Credits & its generation.

h. Knowledge of Waste conversion projects (Waste to Bio-Gas or Bio-Fuel, Recycling etc).

3. Must-have Sales-Skills

a. Hunter-sales skills to scout-for and acquire new Customers.

b. Hands-on in preparation of Business Proposals & Technical estimates.

c. Customer engagement, negotiations and deal closures.

d. Trading of EPRs/ Plastic Credits.

4. Must-have Soft-Skills

a. Verbal & Written Expression: Fluent in spoken English & par-excellence writing skills.

b. Hands-on in MS Office since s/he would be required to independently prepare flaw-less & winning proposals/ excels/ presentations.

c. Give convincing & winning presentations/ propositions to customer teams
