Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S4/HANA, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams to execute the implementation strategy, including project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure system integration, data migration, and customization align with business processes.
• Conduct post-implementation support and optimization, ensuring smooth business operations and user adoption.
• Define and implement data governance, security, and compliance practices across the organizations data landscape.
• Develop and document data models, data flows, and technical specifications to support various business functions.
• Optimize and tune the data warehouse environment for performance, reliability, and user accessibility.
• Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enable reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities by collaborating with business leaders to understand pain points and processes.
• Manage the automation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of robotic solutions.
