Customer Relation Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Attend and act on all customer enquiries, concerns, and requests. (Product, Service, Dispatch & Delivery and Payments)
• Proactively identify and address potential customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Order Management:
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification and order processing to delivery and payment.
• Follow up on leads, schedule product demonstrations and gradually build the sales funnel.
• Manage and help the channel partners grow, ensuring right product fit is offered for every enquiry.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
• Technical Support:
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing DINGLI products effectively through training and guidance.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including sales, service, finance, marketing and logistics team.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including enquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance customer service efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering (Mechanical preferred), or a related field.
• 4+ years of real time experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
• Strong aptitude skills and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and in Hindi is a plus.
