Manager - Compliance

Role & responsibilities

1. Compliance Program Development
• Maintain a comprehensive compliance management system.Preferably Should have knowledge about truck mounted equipment.
• Develop and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with applicable regulations.
• Stay updated on changes to laws and regulations that impact the organizations operations.
2. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory inspections and audits.
• Address compliance-related inquiries and investigations promptly and effectively.
3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and monitor key compliance metrics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
4. Training and Awareness
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
• Promote awareness of compliance obligations and ethical standards across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on compliance-related matters.
5. Audit and Monitoring
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance, including non-compliance trends and corrective actions.
• Oversee third-party due diligence processes to ensure compliance in external partnerships.
6. Incident Management
• Investigate compliance breaches and coordinate remedial actions.
• Maintain an incident reporting system and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide detailed reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
7. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:
  Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional [CCEP], Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager [CRCM]) are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum [X] years of experience in compliance management, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing regulatory audits and inspections.
