When it comes to skill development and learning you can get good knowledge to grow. Salary is also good. The management has good supporting staffs also to guide you.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency from the management, job security is poor working under one person of CESL/Evolution division. Too much mental torture and baseless reports making without focussing on how to convert the sale or implementation of proper services at the time of need.
