Job Description
1. ServiceNow Implementation:
Develop and support ServiceNow implementations.
Combine ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methods (Scrum).
Define and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
2. Development and Integration:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and troubleshoot issues.
3. Process Improvement:
Enhance the companys ServiceNow delivery capability.
Provide value-based assessments and workshops to maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
4. Documentation and Training:
Maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Provide training and support to organizational teams as needed.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Align with peers to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.
Years of experience needed -
3-6 year of experience
Technical Skills:
Experience in ServiceNow development and IT consulting (3-6 years preferred).
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
