Designation- Automation Test Engineer(SDET)

Experience- 8-12Years

Please Note- We are looking for short joiners, who is serving notice period till 7-March.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• QA/QE or SDET Specialist in the testing/automation of BFSI domains product applications or solutions. Able to create the BDD Agile test strategy and test plan and deliver the automation sprint tasks independently
• Should have 5-10 years of experience in automation analysis, design and implementation of BDD TDD ATDD Test Automation in Agile development Framework
• SDET Automation engineer is responsible for TDD-BDD test automation framework setup, configuration of framework, libraries in QA environment

with right automation approach

• Expertise in Web UI Selenium, BDD-Java cucumber Test framework scripting, API automation using BDD rest assured, TestNG framework or other modern test tools like Playwright automation tool, Cypress etc.
• Creating BDD Gherkin Test cases with GWT keyword and design scenarios, creating feature files with data driven test steps, steps definitions code and script execution and report validation with cucumber HTML and extent etc.
• Experience in setting the direction for automated testing, test data setup for automation and CI-CD integration with BDD Test automation framework
• Provide leadership for test design and guidance during test specification development.
• Drive test automation practices implementation and test guidelines and compliance process in banking domains.
• Review and approve test plans and test designs (prepared by test team and technical stakeholders)
• Interface with Product manager, Project manager, scrum lead and development teams to understand the product functionality and test specs for automation
• Ensure that all the QA/QE teams follow a common test methodology using common best practices, tools and test approach
• Cooperates in product quality assessment and analysis
• Should have good experience in wide range of automation and development tools like Selenium-Java, Unified BDD Playwright Cucumber, TestNG, Junit, Java Spring boot, BDD API Karate, Cypress Frameworks etc., Mock API, SOAP UI Pro, TOSCA Tricentis, JMeter, CA blaze meter, Java-Mockito, and TDM tools and Service Virtualization tools, Splunk, OAuth, and databases (Oracle/MySQL/ MSSQL), Optional - Python and AI/ML programming etc.
• Experienced in designing test solutions for cloud migration and cloud-native development systems, good exposure to Oracle cloud, Azure, AWS and GCP cloud automation and exposure to CI-CD integration to cloud services
• Should have working experience in integrating with CI servers like Jenkins
• Having certification in modern test automation tool and development tools, will be an added advantage.
