Designation- Business Analyst

Experience- 6-9Years

Please Note- We are looking short joiners, who is serving notice period till 7-March.

Roles and responsibilities-

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst is responsible to providing daily support to the management team by providing technical support and enhancements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage requests through target process for reporting, analysis and LUSY development efficiencies.
• Proactively monitor the LUSY systems and department tools to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
• Upload review plans, map data tapes and other data imports.
• Assist in technical training needs.
• Analyze technical processes to ensure efficiencies and quality are maximized.
• Facilitate the accurate and timely completion of business needs from IT/Software Development.
• Correct information in both LUSY and Document Management Systems.
• Additional Administrative tasks as required and assigned by management for the department.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At minimum, high school diploma, with at least two years of work experience in a professional office setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong team attitude and works well with others
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook proficiency
• Proficient with LUSY and Document Management
• Digital Risk PLS experience a plus
• Mortgage Industry experience a plus
• CADIE experience a plus
• LUSY configuration and Business Rule Authoring experience a plus
