Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage domestic ticket bookings for clients.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight schedules and hotel reservations.
  
• Handle international ticketing operations with ease.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries related to tickets and travel plans.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in business administration or a related field (domestic ticketing, international ticketing).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A., B.B.A/ B.M.S.).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in using computer software applications for ticket booking systems.
