Technical Program Manager

- We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a strong background in project management and strategic execution to join our team as a Technical Program Manager

- The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, driving, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple use cases across cross-functional teams

- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead and influence teams to meet critical deadlines

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight:

- Translate business & leadership goals into detailed product/Use cases related to AI/ML/UI/UX Implementation

- Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and prioritize use cases based on business goals

- Define clear objectives and success metrics for each use case

- Ensure product/use case meet high standards of quality, performance, and usability

Program Management:

- Planning & Execution

- Define and manage the scope of the program and its constituent projects

- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines

- Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of use cases

- Conduct regular follow-ups with respective teams to track progress and address roadblocks

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress

- Ensure seamless communication across teams to foster collaboration

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for improving workflows and processes to enhance efficiency

- Implement best practices for program management and execution

Reporting:

- Prepare detailed project reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirement:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from IIT/IIM or other Tier-1 institutions in India

- Should have minimum 6-8 or more years of experience

- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello

- Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Understand various project management frameworks

- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination

- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making

- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Experience in driving teams without direct authority is a plus
