We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin with 3-5 years of experience, specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support our marketing initiatives and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Responsibilities :

- System Configuration and Administration : Set up and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet organizational needs, manage user accounts, permissions, and roles, and customize platform settings.

- Data Management and Segmentation : Import, cleanse, and segment data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

- Campaign Development and Execution : Design and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio. Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analysis1.

- Integration and Automation : Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, data warehouses, and external APIs to automate processes and enhance marketing efficiency.

- Analytics and Reporting : Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin with a focus on Marketing Cloud2.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.

- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and integration techniques.

- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and analytics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and marketing teams.

Salesforce certifications :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.

- Salesforce Administrator.

- Experience with other marketing automation platforms.

- Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing.
