We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce applications, with a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, addressing any issues and implementing new features as needed.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features, ensuring optimal use of the platform.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS.

Salesforce certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator.

- Salesforce Certified App Builder.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
