IT Recruiter:
Company: Mobily Infotech India Pvt Ltd
Working days 5 days work from Office
Location – Bangalore
Mode of Hiring – 1 year contract
Build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
o Work with recruiting teams and hiring managers to identify talent needs
o Contact prospective candidates through online and offline resources
o Qualify quality candidates through phone screenings and interviews
o Pass qualified candidates on to recruiting teams and hiring managers
o Keep candidate pipelines engaged throughout the recruiting process
o Maintain efficient and effective communication with candidates and recruiting teams
o Conduct research and update team on new and changing recruitment and sourcing technologies and methods
o Generate hiring activity reports
Experience
o 2-4 years of extensive experience is recruitment (particularly Sourcing) for IT Organization
o Experience with candidates relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking systems (ATS)
o Hands-on experience with Various sourcing channels, Job boards, social sourcing, Referrals & others
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
o Acute attention to detail
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Should be hands-on with modern / latest sourcing techniques.
V. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
• Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification.
• Strong Microsoft proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
o Candidate should have at least 2 year hands on experience
o Hands on experience working on IT Technologies
o Candidate should be someone who understand the Technologies and help business and who proactively get involved and help enable business
o Acts as a single point of the contact for Recruitment for particular BU
o Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client s side
o Manage the weekend drive
o Builds a strong database
o Account management focus, skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
o Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
o This individual will be heavily networked and will be knowledgeable of leading search practices.
o Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
o Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision; proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced; must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
