Job Title: HRBP Manager

Department: Human Resource
Reports To: AVP

Job Description:

Focus Areas:

- Improve HR policies and being a Great Place to Work organization

- Improvement in PMS process, moving from KRA/KPI to OKR based system

- Building a culture of appreciation and rewarding

- Lead all strategic initiatives in HR to achieve our goals

- Improve Employee Engagement Activities

Role Description

  • As part of the Management team, participate in developing and implementing business strategy for the organization from people perspective.
  • Translate strategic business plans/objectives into effective organizational structures, roles & processes to support the achievement of business goals.
  • Review and monitor budgets relating to HR and resource costs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in the development and design of HR strategies & policies for the organization.
  • Conceptualize & implement the design and piloting of people strategies across HR functional areas
  • Review, amend and create policies and their effectiveness so as to ensure people's policies meet business needs. Key Result Area: - Timely & successful implementation of various HR systems and processes. - KPIs related to Recruitment TAT, Manpower Budgets, etc. Key Accountabilities :- Building world-class talent pool Major Activities :
  • Ensure effectiveness in business performance by driving clarity of individual accountabilities and key performance areas.
  • Effective development of a robust career and succession planning framework in line current & future business requirement. Key Result Area: - Timely & successful implementation of talent development initiatives. - % of internal filling up of vacancies- % Retention of High performers. Key Accountabilities :- Employee Engagement & Retention Major Activities :
  • Ensure Employee Engagement levels are monitored through feedbacks, surveys, etc.
  • Ensure necessary actions are taken to enhance employee engagement levels with proactive and responsive actions.
  • Plan and execute appropriate team building activities and programs to foster cohesiveness and motivate employees across the organization. Key Result Area: - Employee Engagement scores- Attrition rate- Employee Morale.
  • Ensure healthy community relations thru various CSR activities. Compliance with legal/statutory regulations
  • Ensure & monitor statutory compliance relating to all labor laws and statuary compliance.
  • Ensure compliance to all internal & external audits. Maintain all processes and documents in place
  • Continuously review SOPs/SLAs of the department
  • Prepare monthly department MIS report for facilitating management decisions

Experience:

2. Overall experience of min 10 to 14 years

3. Worked in IT industry before is a must

4. MBA from HR is must

5. Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently

6. Ability to work at all levels of the HR stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
