HR Recruiter

Pathways World School is looking for an HR Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process.
2. Oversee job postings, candidate screening, sourcing, interview scheduling, and successful closure of roles.
3. Prepare and maintain essential HR reports, including recruitment performance, PMS, Headcount, and attrition reports.
4. Support the complete employee lifecycle.
