Pathways World School Aravali is looking for Residence Parent fulfill the role of a parent to students who are Boarders at Pathways and as such are expected to act as a confidante guide friend and philosopher to the students assigned to him or her. Generally each floor of a Boarding House has a Residence Parent and the students on that floor will be under their care. This position reports to the Head of Boarding/ Residence Supervisor.

The candidate should be a dynamic enthusiastic person with the commitment and flair to work with students of all abilities and to carry out appropriate duties within the context of the job skills and grade. The ideal candidate should be well organized and should have the capacity to raise achievement through motivating and inspiring students be competent. Candidates should have effective skills for dealing with students and parents should bean organized energetic highly motivated and self-directed.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 3 to 5years with boarding schools or similar roles.

Skill Set: Empathetic Dynamic Supportive Unbiased Problem Solving Active Listener

Important Note:-

Experience with IB School will be preferable.
