HR Placement Executive - Urgent Hiring

Fusion Software Institute is hiring for an HR Placement executive who should handle complete IT placement drives for Fusion Software Institute Students.

Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie-ups for Fusion Software Institute student placements.

Responsible for End-to-end Corporate Recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs
and objectives.

🔹 Assisting various companies in recruiting candidates as per the requirements.

🔹 Helping the students to develop and implement successful job search strategies.

🔹 Acting as a link between students and the employment community.

🔹 Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie-ups.

🔹 Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.

🔹 Monitor the industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and
risks.

🔹 Providing the suitable placement to the suitable candidate so that the students will excel in
their future lives.

🔹 Organizing the placement training for the students and making them ready for the interviews
and group discussions.

🔹 Guide and counsel the students in securing permanent placement by bringing them in
contact with prospective employers.

Requirements:

🔸 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

🔸 Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in corporate relationship management or a similar
role.

🔸 Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business
growth.

🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
with clients.

🔸 Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

🔸 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience working in the software or technology industry is an added advantage.
