Design and update job descriptions

Sourcing, Job Posting, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Followup for Selected Candidates.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
Recruitment from Entry Level to Senior Level Positions
Operational Work
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Requirement :

Filling positions within an organization
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
End to End Recruitment in Healthcare Industry.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent record keeping.
