Associate Vice President Marketing

Job Description:

Mobikwik is seeking an experienced and strategic AVP - Marketing to lead our comprehensive Brand Marketing efforts including ATL/ BTL, Digital, Social Media, Content & Design. This is a Leadership role will require the individual conceptualize, execute, and measure integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the Mobikwik brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. The AVP - Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee all aspects of marketing, from creative strategy to campaign execution, ensuring alignment with the companys overall vision and objectives. A digital first mindset, experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development and execution of Mobikwiks overall Marketing strategy,

encompassing Brand Marketing, Media, Social Media, Content & Design, and BTL

marketing.

• Drive Brand awareness & Preference by creating and executing compelling marketing

campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

• Creating Brand strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience

segments across all channels (online/offline/social)

• Conceptualize and manage ATL, BTL marketing initiatives, including events, activations, and

on-ground campaigns, to engage with customers directly and increase brand loyalty.

• Manage a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance

to team members across Brand, Social Media, Content, Design, and BTL functions.

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives

with business goals and drive integrated, cross-channel campaigns.

• Stay on top of industry trends & competitor activities, identifying new marketing opportunities,

channels, and strategies to keep Mobikwik at the forefront of the industry.

• Ensure all marketing campaigns and materials align with Mobikwiks brand values, tone, and

voice, while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 14-17 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role,

overseeing Brand, Digital, ATL, BTL, Social Media, & Design initiatives.

• Prior experience in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, or Media-Tech industries is

highly preferred.

• Strong experience in leading and managing cross-functional marketing teams and working

collaboratively with other departments.

• A digital first mindset, experience will be an added advantage. Candidate should be able to

have a firm say in increasing the Brand engagement on Social (YouTube, Twitter, Insta etc)

with a strong sense of numbers, metrics, interpretation & linkage to business.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of

marketing efforts and optimizing for better outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate

and inspire teams.
