National Project Head - Property/Licensing/MEP - Healthcare/Retail (15-20 yrs)

Job Role:

- Develop and implement retail project strategies to support the overall business objectives and growth plans.

- Oversee the end-to-end management of retail projects, including store openings, renovations, and rebranding efforts.

- Project Management: Lead project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain, to align project goals and deliverables.

- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners involved in retail projects.

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

- Oversee procurement and logistics for project-related materials and equipment

- Ensure safety rules are followed on site by everyone

- Ensure Project Closure
