Our client one of India's leading healthcare providers is seeking an accomplished and visionary Engineering Head to lead our technology function. This leadership role requires a hands one expert with deep expertise in multi-layer architecture, API exchange implementation, and NoSQL/Object databases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital transformation, data strategy, AI, and automation, and will play a pivotal role in driving client's engineering innovation.

Engineering Head

Technology Strategy, Execution & Leadership

- Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with Client's business goals.

- Co-create and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for Client's systems.

- Design and oversee the enterprise architecture of Client's technology stack;

Database & Middleware Management

- Design and execute API exchange systems, enabling seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.

- Ensure robust API management practices with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.

- Possess hands-on experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

On-premise/Cloud Infrastructure & Software Development

- Oversee the architecture, deployment, and optimization of on premise or cloud infrastructure to support high availability and scalability.

- Lead the software development lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable healthcare applications.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate closely with the executive team, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives align with clinical and operational objectives.

- Communicate technology strategies and progress to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
