Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and be ready to join immediately. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing projects, and leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Develop and manage engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Create and implement content calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Optimize content for SEO.
- Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
- Create and curate engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with online communities.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM).
- Monitor website analytics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze digital marketing data and generate reports to track campaign performance.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize campaign results.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage digital marketing projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
- Candidate must be able to join immediately.
