Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Client Servicing Manager with a strong focus on the Middle East region to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of client servicing experience within the hospitality industry, specifically catering to clients in the Middle East. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding service. We are looking for an immediate joiner with a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern hospitality market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients in the Middle East region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor service delivery and address any issues or concerns.
- Implement and maintain service standards to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they impact clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise updates on service delivery and client feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and service performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern hospitality market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in the Middle East.
- Tailor service offerings to meet the specific needs of Middle Eastern clients.
- Proactively identify and address client issues and concerns.
- Make sound decisions to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing within the hospitality industry, focusing on the Middle East region.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern hospitality market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other client management tools.
- Candidate must be able to join immediately.
